If you need to archive your task list or get an overview of all the tasks you've created and done in SpeedTask you can now download your data as a .csv file. This kind of files can be imported into all major spread sheet applications or (if you prefer the nerdy approach) looked at in a plain text editor.
2. Add tasks with SpeedTask Bookmarklet for your Browser
We've created a bookmarklet you can add to your browser. It's a little piece of javascript that sits in your bookmarks list. You can select text on any website, click on the bookmarklet and the selected text is added to your SpeedTask account as a new task. If you did not select text, the URL the website is used. Just drag + drop the Bookmarklet you see in Picture #2 into your bookmarks list and start adding tasks.

and the subject line is added as a new task within a few minutes. You can, for example, forward an email with a task you've received. And of course we only look into the subject line of the mail and delete it immediately afterwards.
