This is our personal favourite: From now on you can share tasks with others directly from SpeedTask to SpeedTask or from SpeedTask to any other person as long this person has a valid email address. In case you send a task to a SpeedTask Cloud-User your teammate will receive an email with a short description of the task you just shared and with the instructions how to edit it directly in SpeedTask app. The next time your colleague opens SpeedTask on OSX or iOS he or she gets your shared task on top of his or her task-list. In case the receiver of your task does not use SpeedTask (yet) an email will be sent. From this email the task can be marked "DONE" directly.

2. Expandable tasks

Although SpeedTask was not made for long and time consuming entries – this feature adds the possibility of writing long task descriptions in case you need to explain different aspects to others (via shared task) or just because a task doesn`t explain itself in only a few words. SpeedTask will not scale down the text-size of your tasks anymore. Instead the sheet of paper simply expands! Not a big feature but we think it makes SpeedTask much more functional for some users.

3. New Swipe-Gestures

Besides the possibility to scroll through single days by swiping with one finger over the cork-board from left to right (to jump to the next day) or from right to left (to jump backwards), we added a two-finger gesture to move single tasks. Here is how you do: Simply swipe with two fingers from left to right over a task to move it to the next day, with the inverted gesture you will move the task backwards. This is a very effective feature you can use to speed up your workflow even more!
